Update Re H2 Dividend Payment Timing

Following the announcement of the Full Year Results to 31 December 2019 and the dividend declaration announced on 19 March 2020, Capital Drilling wishes to confirm that the payment of the second half dividend of 0.7c per share will be paid as scheduled on 4 May 2020, as previously stipulated.

The shareholders are required to approve the payment of a final dividend at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). However, due to the delay of the holding of the AGM because of the impact from the COVID-19 global pandemic, the dividend for the second half will now be classed as a further interim dividend ("second half interim dividend") and will be equal to but in lieu of a final dividend.

To note, the current number of shares in issue are 136,980,903.

With the above in mind the payment schedule for the second half interim dividend is as follows:
