Transaction in Own Shares
Capital (LSE: CAPD) announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of $0.0001 in the Company, each through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following the repurchase, the Company has 190,054,838 ordinary shares in issue, of which 108,763 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total voting rights in the Company will be 189,946,075. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
These share purchases form part of the Company's buy-back programme announced on 4 January 2022.
