("Capital Drilling", the "Group" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity, Director/PDMR shareholding and Total Voting Rights
Capital Drilling Limited (CAPD:LN), a leading drilling solutions company focused on emerging and developing markets, today announces that it has issued 436,357 new common shares pursuant to terms of the Company's employee share schemes. The new common shares will rank pari passu with the existing common shares.
Certain PDMRs of the Company have received shares pursuant to the terms of the Company's employee share scheme:
1) André Tertius Koekemoer, Chief Financial Officer, has been issued 29,411 new common shares;
2) Jodie Raymond North, Chief Operating Officer, has been issued 67,679 new common shares;
3) David Regan Payne, Executive - Commercial, has been issued 9,489 new common shares;
4) Anthony Charles Woolfe, Executive - Asset Management, has been issued 9,697 new common shares;
5) Ryan James Petersen, Executive - Maintenance, has been issued 25,302 new common shares; and,
6) John David Luck, Executive - Inventory Management, has been issued 7,590 new common shares.
The shares are expected to be issued and allotted on 3 April 2019. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and admission of the shares is expected on or around 4 April 2019, following which; the Company's issued share capital will comprise 136,248,953 common shares of $0.0001 each. This figure may be used by shareholders as denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Capital Drilling under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
