DIRECTOR DEALING
Capital (LSE:CAPD), a leading mining services company, announces that Catherine (Cassie) Boggs, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 31 August 2023 purchased 95,360 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of US$1.08 per Ordinary Share, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital. After settlement of the transaction, Ms Boggs will hold a total of 138,838 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
