Capital Drilling Limited (CAPD: LN), a leading drilling solutions company focused on the African markets, today announces the appointment of BDO LLP (United Kingdom) ("BDO") as its auditors following a comprehensive review and competitive tender process, replacing Deloitte (South Africa) ("Deloitte"), commencing with the full year audit for the year to 31 December 2019. The review follows the ten-year tenure held by Deloitte and is in compliance with the recommendations of the UK Corporate Governance Code.
