TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS - DISCLOSURE

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:

As at 30 December 2022, the Company's capital consists of 851,450,638 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each. The Company holds no shares in treasury and the total number of voting rights is 851,450,638.

The above figure 851,450,638 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
