Director Shareholding

Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML), was notified on 22 October 2013, that Howard Nicholson, Technical Director of the Company, disposed of his interest in 41,827 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), jointly owned with the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), on 22 October 2013 at an average price of 157.013 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Nicholson has an interest in a total of 604,888 Ordinary Shares jointly owned with the EBT, representing approximately 0.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
