Director's Dealing

Cambria was advised today that on 29 July 2011 Rodney Smith, Non-executive Director transferred 1,997,731 ordinary shares in the Company, which he held in his own name, to The Smith Family Discretionary Trust 2011. The ordinary shares will be registered to Rodney Philip Smith, Bernadette Muriel Phoebe Smith and Angela Bernadette Tarling, who are the Trustees. The transfer was effected at a deemed price of 35 pence per share, being the closing mid-market on 28 July 2011.

Following the transfer of ordinary shares described above, Mr Smith will continue to hold 1,000 ordinary shares in his own name and his total beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 1,998,731 ordinary shares which represent 2 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
