Purchase of own shares

Camellia Plc ("the Company") announces that, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2013, purchased today, 5,000 of its Ordinary Shares of 10p at a price of 9,000.00 pence per share for cancellation.

This purchase of shares equates to 0.177% of the Company's issued share capital and following the completion of the purchase the Company has 2,824,500 shares in issue.
