Notification of transaction of director/person discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

3rd December 2008 

On 2nd December 2008, Camellia Plc ("the Company") was notified by Mr M C Perkins, Chairman of the Company, that on that date he acquired a beneficial interest in 235 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("shares") in the Company purchased by North Castle Street Nominees Limited and that he purchased 295 shares registered in his own name on the same date. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 3805 pence per share. Following the purchases Mr Perkins holds 1,573 shares (0.056%). This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
