The holding of 1,338,398 (3.04%) was previously managed by Axa Framlington. On 1st July 2008 these shares were transferred to the new fund manager, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited. On 30th July the sale of 268,865 shares resulted in the shareholding reducing to 1,069,533 representing 2.42% and therefore triggering the disclosure requirement.
