BrisDoc Healthcare Services Deploys SYNETY's CloudCall for 

Out-of-Hours GP Services and Integration with NHS 111

 

SYNETY is pleased to announce that its CloudCall Enterprise cloud telephony service is being used by BrisDoc Healthcare Services, to manage out-of-hours GP services for over 350,000 people in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

 

CloudCall enables seamless routing of calls from out of hours medical services including the new NHS 111 health advice line, to BrisDoc's out-of-hours GP services team. This enables calls to the NHS 111 service originating from the Bristol area that require out-of-hours services to be transferred to BrisDoc, where the team will arrange a telephone advice appointment, a face-to-face consultation at a primary care centre or a home visit, according to the clinical need.

 

The deployment of CloudCall by BrisDoc Healthcare Services follows successful trials in early 2013 involving a number of NHS centres in Bristol. The solution using SYNETY's CloudCall was devised, configured and deployed for BrisDoc by the specialist unified communications provider Communication-STEM.
