CAPITAL & REGIONAL PLC ("Capital & Regional" or "the Company")

HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY

On 24 November 2015 the Company received notification that Karoo Investment Fund, of whom Wessel Hamman is a Non-Executive Director, had sold their remaining holding of 1,403,908 shares in the Company. The sales completed on 20 November 2015 and were disposed of in the South African market at an average price of 14.08 ZAR per share equivalent to 66.4 pence per share based on an exchange rate of 21.2 ZAR to 1 GBP at 20 November 2015.

Following this sale the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval is 136,918,366 ordinary shares, representing 19.5% of the Company's issued share capital. Wessel Hamman no longer has a beneficial interest in any of the Company's shares.
