On 14 August 2015, the Company received notification that the shareholding of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited over which they have voting discretion was below 5% of the issued share capital of Capital & Regional plc. This does not include other shareholdings in Capital & Regional plc managed by Morgan Stanley entities over which they do not hold complete voting discretion.
