DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
On 2 April 2020 the Company received notification from PDI Investment Holdings Ltd ("PDI") and Mstead Ltd ("Mstead"), entities in which Louis Norval, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has a discretionary beneficial interest, that additional shares in the Company have been pledged in respect of investment arrangements as outlined below:
PDI - an additional 686,003 shares have been pledged resulting in PDI's total shareholding of 4,136,550 shares being subject to the pledge; and Mstead - an additional 1,242,121 shares have been pledged, resulting in Mstead's total shareholding of 5,235,739 shares being subject to the pledge.
In total the beneficial interest of Louis Norval and his family members in the Company remains unchanged at 9,407,387 shares, representing 9.06% of the Company's total issued share capital. The shareholding is maintained on the London Stock Exchange.
