NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2R OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES
The Company received notification on 26 April 2016 pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the following Director's interests in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company:
Hugh Scott-Barrett
To reallocate and acquire shares across his holdings Hugh Scott-Barrett acquired 200,000 shares at an average purchase price of 65.0p per share and sold 150,000 shares at a sale price of 64.0p per share, both on 26 April 2016. 25,000 of the acquired shares were purchased through a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
Hugh Scott-Barrett's beneficial holding following the transactions has increased by 50,000 to 2,135,000 shares, representing 0.305% of the Company's issued share capital.
