On 2 June 2016 the Company received notification that PDI Investment Holdings Ltd, an entity in which Louis Norval has a beneficial interest, acquired 2,000,000 shares in the Company. The shares were acquired on 31 May 2016 at an average price of 60.00 pence per share.

Following the transactions PDI Investment Holdings Ltd has a total shareholding of 62,462,806 shares representing 8.914% of the Company's issued share capital. The revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval is 133,960,303 ordinary shares, representing 19.117% of the Company's issued share capital. The total shareholding of all parties connected to Louis Norval, including those in which he has a beneficial interest and those which he does not but has a connection to, is 172,454,075 shares, representing 24.610% of the Company's issued share capital. Wessel Hamman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company is a Non-Executive Director of Homestead Group Holdings Ltd, the parent company of PDI Investment Holdings Ltd, but he has no beneficial interest in the shares held by PDI Investment Holdings Ltd.
