NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 5 AND DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

Louis Norval has a beneficial interest in PDI Investment Holdings. Stabilis Investment Holdings Limited, is a connected party of Louis Norval but he does not have a beneficial interest in it. Following the transaction the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company is 178,306,758.

Of the above entities the following are those that hold over 3% of the Company's issued share capital following the transactions:
