DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDINGS

On 25 November 2016 the Company received notification that Mstead Ltd had entered into an arrangement on 25 November 2016 to pledge 15,000,000 of their ordinary shares in the Company as security in respect of an investment arrangement.

Louis Norval, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has a beneficial interest in Mstead Ltd. Mstead Ltd has a total shareholding of 69,978,847 shares, representing 9.964% of the Company's issued share capital. The shareholding is maintained on the London Stock Exchange.

Separate to the above it is noted that the announcement on 23 November 2016 quoted Hugh Scott-Barrett's total interest in shares in the Company as 2,197,461. The figure should have been stated as 2,206,826 ordinary shares.
