Changes to Top Management Team

Capital & Regional plc ("Capital & Regional" or the "Company") announces that Mark Bourgeois has been appointed as an Executive Director and will join the Board with immediate effect.

Mark Bourgeois is currently Managing Director, Shopping Centres. He joined the Company from Donaldsons in 1998, since which time he has made a significant contribution to the development of Capital & Regional's property and asset management capabilities.

Xavier Pullen, one of the founders of the Company, will step down from the Board and the Company with effect from 31 December 2013. Xavier will, however, continue to maintain close links with the Company. It is the intention that he will subsequently take up the role of senior adviser and will support the execution of the strategy for Germany.

No further details remain to be disclosed, as required under LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the UK Listing Authority.
