Patisserie Holdings plc, the leading UK branded café and casual dining group, announces that it has been notified that Lee Ginsberg, Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman, has sold 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 469 pence per share.
As a result of this sale of ordinary shares, Mr Ginsberg's interest in the share capital of the Company is 18,823 shares.
