Block Admission

Patisserie Holdings plc, the leading UK branded café and casual dining group, announces that an application has been made to AIM for a block admission in respect of 1,704,666 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. The block admission will be used to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employee share option scheme and long term incentive plan. It is expected that the blocklisting will become admissible on 5 July.
