Voss Net PLC28 July 2006 28 July 2006 Voss Net Plc ("Voss Net" or "the Company") Update re Proposed Acquisition Voss Net announced on 18 May 2006 that it was in discussions with respect to anacquisition which would constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules.Accordingly, trading of the Company's securities on AIM was then suspended. The Company is pleased to report that negotiations are continuing and that afurther announcement will be made in due course.
