Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces today that options held under the Byotrol plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme by Mr. David McRobbie, Chief Executive, amounting to 325,000 options, by Mr. Stephen Falder, Business Development Director, amounting to 200,000 options, by Mr. Richard Bell, Finance Director, amounting to 100,000 options and by Mr. Adrian Smith, Non-Executive Director, amounting to 50,000 options were surrendered on 22 June 2009.
The Company, on the recommendation of its Remuneration Committee, has determined that New Options be granted to the Directors concerned as replacement for the surrendered options.
The Company announces that on 23 June 2009 it granted the Directors of the Company the below outlined options. It has been determined that the performance conditions attaching to the grant of these options are that 40 per cent. of the granted options will be exercisable once the Company's share price has reached 30 pence per share and remained so for 30 consecutive days and these options are exercisable at 13 pence per ordinary share (based on the closing mid-market price yesterday) between 23 June 2010 and 22 June 2019. A further 30 per cent. will be exercisable once the Company's share price has reached 50 pence per share and remained so for 30 consecutive days and finally the remaining 30 per cent. of the options granted will be exercisable once the Company's share price has reached 75 pence per share and remained so for 30 consecutive days and all these options are exercisable at 13 pence per ordinary share between 23 June 2011 and 22 June 2019.
