The Company reports the following changes to the Board of Directors of Bristol Water plc as a consequence of the completion of the acquisition of 70% of the shares in the Company's group parent, Agbar UK Ltd on 5 October 2011.

Robert Brito, an Executive Director, has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors; however, he will continue to serve in the post of Operations Director of the company.
