Total Voting Rights in Issued Share Capital DTR 5.6.1

In accordance with the DTR 5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at today's date, its issued share capital comprises 280,429,454 ordinary shares of 11 1/19 pence each.

The voting rights of all the ordinary shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's issued share capital under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
