Results of AGM
The Board of N Brown Group plc announces that all resolutions proposed at the Company's AGM held today were duly passed by shareholders on a show of hands.
A summary of the proxy votes received prior to the meeting will shortly be displayed in the Press Release section of the Company's website - www.nbrown.co.uk
Listing Rule (LR) 9.6.2
In accordance with LR 9.6.2, the Company also hereby gives notification that two copies of the resolutions passed as special business at the Company's 2009 AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection shortly at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility:
