Offering memorandum relating to the issue by LSEG US Fin Corp. of (i) US$1,500,000,000 4.250 per cent. Notes due 2029; (ii) US$500,000,000 4.500 per cent. Notes due 2031 and (iii) US$1,000,000,000 5.250 per cent. Notes due 2036, in each case unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by London Stock Exchange Group plc (the Offering Memorandum).
