Update on Offer Size relating to the Notes

Terms used herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Prospectus dated 5 April 2016 (the "Prospectus") to the Bonds.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Offer set out in the Prospectus, the Offer Period relating to the Notes, which commenced on 5 April 2016, is scheduled to close at 12 noon (London time) on 19th April 2016. The Issuer retains the right to close the offer early, in conjunction with the Lead Managers.

The aggregate nominal amount of the Notes to be issued will be at least £75 million.
