Directors' Interests in the shares of BTG plc
The Company runs an HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme in which all UK staff are eligible to participate. The Sharesave options granted in 2010 became eligible for exercise as from 1 September 2013.
Louise Makin participated in this Scheme, holding an option over 2,454 shares at an exercise price of 146.67p per share.
On 2 September Louise Makin elected to exercise her options at a cost of £3,599.29, when the closing mid-market price was 385.6p per share, and to retain the shares released.
Following this transaction, Louise Makin's shareholding has increased from 470,919 to 473,373 shares, being 0.130% of the issued share capital.
