Directors' Interests in the shares of BTG plc
The Company runs an HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme in which all UK staff are eligible to participate. The Sharesave options granted in 2012 became eligible for exercise as from 1 October 2015.
Louise Makin participated in this Scheme, holding an option over 1,124 shares at an exercise price of 320.16p per share.
On 17 November Louise Makin elected to exercise her options at a cost of £3,598.60, when the closing mid-market price was 599.0p per share, and to retain the shares released.
Following this transaction, Louise Makin's shareholding has increased from 543,253 to 544,377 shares, being 0.142% of the issued share capital.
