BTG Sharesave Plan
On 19 July 2013 the Company approved the grant of 3,108 BTG plc shares to Rolf Soderstrom under the BTG Sharesave Plan 2009. The grant will be exercisable on 1 September 2016 at a price of 289.49p (being the average of the closing mid-market share prices on 25 - 27 June 2013 less 20%), assuming the three-year savings contract is completed and subject to continued employment.
