Global Agreement with Leading Consumer Research Solutions Provider
Big Sofa (AIM: BST), a fast-growing provider of video analytics technology and services to brands and consumer insight agencies, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Supplier Service Agreement with Survey Sampling International ("SSI") (the "Agreement"), a leading global provider of data solutions and technology for consumer and business-to-business survey research. Under the Agreement, Big Sofa will supply SSI with sophisticated video capture and analytics technology and services for their digital surveys.
SSI serves more than 3,500 brand and market research agency clients and specialises in identifying market research participants in over 90 countries via internet, telephone, mobile/wireless and mixed-access offerings in support of over 40 million survey completes a year. Big Sofa will support SSI's strategy to incorporate open-ended video questions into surveys, allowing it embed video capture technology into online and smartphone surveys as well as analyse and manage the large volumes of content acquired and thus add further value to clients through the application of its powerful technology and deep consumer insight know how.
