Change of registered auditor

Following a review of its audit arrangements, the Company has appointed BDO Limited as independent auditor. The appointment is effective immediately and BDO Limited will perform the audit of the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017. The Board would like to thank Ernst & Young LLP for their contribution since the inception of the Company
