Chair Succession

 

Baker Steel Resources Trust Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that Fiona Perrott-Humphrey, who joined the Board in September 2020, has been appointed as Chair of the Company with effect from 31 December 2024, succeeding the current Chair, Howard Myles.

 

As previously announced, Mr Myles will retire from the Board on 31 December 2024. The Board wishes to thank Mr Myles for his support and tenure as Chair over the last 14 years.
