WFINT Put Option

The Company refers to its prospectus dated 29 July, 2014 (the “Prospectus”) and its announcements of 4 February and 6 February 2015. Capitalised terms used below but not defined, will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Prospectus.
On 8 December, 2015, the Company received an initial notifications from each of Mr Zvi Williger ( “ZW”) (as amended on 13 December 2015) and Mr. Joseph Williger ("JW") (as amended on the 15 December 2015) , the effect of which was to notify the Company of their intention to exercise the WFINT Put Option.
Both notifications relate, in aggregate, to the exercise of the Put Option over 133,334 shares in WFINT ("WFINT shares") to be acquired by the Company for consideration of USD 1.6 Million, to be paid in accordance with the terms of the WFI Agreement (as amended).
The Company will make a further announcement in due course following completion of the acquisition of the WFINT shares.
