EMBLAZE LTD - Transaction in Own Shares

Herzeliya, Israel, 14 December 2012: Emblaze announces that in accordance withthe share repurchase programme announced on 04 September 2012, it purchased andtransferred into Treasury 7,700 of its own shares on 13 December 2012 at aprice of 47.00 pence per share.

Including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company nowholds 29,724,686 of its shares in Treasury.

The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury) is now110,853,468.
