Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Company") NotiCE of Annual General Meeting and Posting of Circular
Ra'anana, Israel, 20 October 2010: Further to the announcement dated 3 September 2010 regarding the proposed sale of Emblaze's entire 49.2% holding in Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. to Asseco Poland SA, the Company is posting a circular to shareholders convening an Annual General Meeting to approve, amongst other things, the proposed sale. Because of its size, the disposal is a Class 1 transaction for Emblaze under the Listing Rules and is therefore conditional on, amongst other matters, the approval of shareholders of the Company.
The circular contains confirmation that there has been no material change to the trading trends of Emblaze since the announcement of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2010.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on 24 November 2010 at the Ashcroft Room, Level 4, Barbican Centre, Silk Street, London EC2Y 8DS, United Kingdom. It is intended that Naftali Shani shall become Executive Chairman of Emblaze with effect from conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
A copy of the circular has been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
