Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Company") MANAGEMENT UPDATE
Ra'anana, Israel, 29 July 2010 - Further to the trading update dated 30 June 2010, Emblaze hereby informs that it has filed a complaint for patent infringement against Apple1 Inc. ("Apple").
In December 2009 the Company notified Apple that the HTTP Live Streaming Application announced by Apple and its use in Apple's iPhone, iPod1 touch and Snow Leopard OS1 (and recently in the iPad1) devices, infringes Emblaze's patents for media streaming technology.
In view of Apple's decline, so far, to commit to a license to use the Company's patent, the Company filed the said complaint.
Further updates will be provided following developments in this matter.
