Accordingly, pending the grant of approval by the District Court in Israel forthe buyback program, (as described in the Company's circular to shareholdersdated 14 June 2006), the Company will enter into a bridging loan, details ofwhich were also set out in such circular, with Eli Reifman with immediateeffect.
