B.S.D Crown Ltd (LSE:BSD) ("BSD" or "the Company") Controlling shareholder announcement Tel Aviv, Israel, 14 April 2015 Controlling shareholder announcement The Company refers to its announcements dated 24 February, 23, 27 and 30 March2015, 9 April 2015, and to an announcement made earlier today in Israel by BGIInvestments (1961) Ltd. ("BGI") (which beneficially owns Company sharesrepresenting approximately 25.02% of the total issued and outstanding sharecapital of the Company (excluding dormant shares) and controls in aggregate,directly and through proxies, approximately 44% of the voting rights in theCompany). Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaningsgiven to them in the Company's announcement of 24 February 2015. On 13 April 2015, Alfa requested that the Lod District Court (the "Court")recognise as a judgement a settlement agreement signed on 11 April 2015 betweenAlfa and Mr Alexander Granovsky, who is the Company's ultimate controllingshareholder. As part of said request, the Court was also asked to cancel allinterim measures previously ordered by it in the course of the relevantproceedings.
