EMBLAZE LTD (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or the "Company") Company Update Herzeliya, Israel, 16 December 2013. Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company'sannouncements of 27 November 2013 and 9 December 2013, as applicable. A Court hearing was held yesterday, 15 December 2013, as scheduled, withrespect to the Revised Proposals, in which the Court was due to make itsdecision on the successful proposal. The Court hearing was concluded without a decision, which the Court has advisedwill be given on a later date. The Company will continue to notify shareholders of any updates with regard tothe Proposed Transaction and/or any material changes to the terms of itsProposal by issuing further announcements via PRN, a Regulatory InformationService.
