Emblaze Ltd (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Company Update BGI Investments (1961) Ltd. Cash Offer Extension Herzeliya, Israel, 16 January, 2014 Cash Offer Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company'sannouncements of 15 August 2013, 22 August 2013, 24 December, 2013 and 13January, 2014. Further to the Company's announcements of 24 December, 2013 and 13 January,2014 and in line with the terms of the Offer, BGI has informed the Company thatin order to accommodate as many shareholders and depository interest holders ofthe Company as possible, the deadline for accepting the Offer will be extendeduntil 24 January 2014. BGI does not expect further to extend the period foracceptance of the Offer.
