Emblaze Ltd (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or "the Company") COMPANY UPDATE Herzeliya, Israel, 18 October 2013: The Company's announcement on 16 October 2013 (the "16October 2013 Announcement") included notification in relation to the possibility that the expectedtimetable for implementation of the Proposed Transfer and the ProposedTransaction may change due an application submitted by the Court appointedrepresentatives on 15 October 2013, seeking to extend the timetable forsubmitting Proposals (including the Company's Proposal) to 3 November 2013. The Company has been informed that on 17 October 2013 the Court granted theapplication, extending the timetable for submission of Proposals to 3 November2013. The timetable for implementation of the Proposed Transfer remains unchanged. The Company will not now submit a Proposal to the Court on 20 October 2013 asreferred to in the 16 October 2013 Announcement and in the Circular, but willdo so on or in advance of the 3 November 2013 deadline. On submission of itsProposal, the Company will issue an announcement via a Regulatory InformationService summarising the key terms of the Proposed Transaction (both in relationto IDB and the final terms agreed by the Company with other consortiummembers). The Company will continue to notify Shareholders of any updates with regard tothe Proposed Transaction and/or any material changes to the terms of itsProposal by issuing further announcements via PRN, a Regulatory InformationService. All such announcements may also be viewed at the same time on theCompany's website at www.emblaze.com.
