With effect from 12 July, 2015, the Company announces the resignation of Mrs. Keren Arad-Leibovitz, who was appointed as an external director of the Company on 30 December 2013, due to increased commitments unrelated to the Company, which are preventing Mrs. Arad-Leibovitz from fulfilling the requirements of her position as an external director.

The Company will take appropriate steps to replace Mrs. Arad-Leibovitz and will update the market in due course.
