B.S.D Crown Ltd (LSE:BSD) ("BSD" or "the Company") Board Changes Tel Aviv, Israel, 2 April, 2015 The Company announces the following appointments to the board of directors ofthe Company which took effect on 1 April 2015: * Mr Oleksandr Granovskyi; and * Mr Emil Budilovsky. Mr Oleksandr Granovskyi, who will serve as chairman of the board of directors,currently serves as a board member of G. Willi-Food International Ltd., anIsraeli company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("WFINT"), an Israelicompany listed on NASDAQ, in which the Company holds approximately 38% directlyand indirectly through the Company's approximately 62% subsidiary, Willi-FoodInvestments Ltd ("WFI"). Mr Granovskyi is the Company's ultimate controllingshareholder. Mr Emil Budilovsky who will serve as an executive director of the Company,currently serves as the vice-president of business development of the Company,as a board member of WFI, and as a board member of WFINT. Mr Emil Budilovskywas previously the chief executive officer of WFINT, served as the chiefexecutive officer and a board member of Arricano Real Estate Plc, a Ukrainiancompany listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and served as thechief financial officer and a board member of Mirland Development CorporationPlc, a Russian company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Director resignations With effect from the same time, the Company also announces the resignation ofMr Abraham Wolff, who was appointed as a director of the Company and as thechairman of its board of directors, on 14 August 2013, due to his othercommitments preventing him from fulfilling the requirements of his position asChairman.
