The Company announces that Gavin Lavelle has subscribed for 38,461 shares in the Company at a price of 77p. Due to the fact that the Company was in a close period pending the release of the preliminary results at the time of the Company's placing announced on 7 February, Gavin Lavelle was unable to participate in the placing. However, following the publication of the preliminary results yesterday, he is no longer subject to such restriction and the Company has accordingly issued shares to Gavin Lavelle on the same terms as the placing. Application has been made for 38,461 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these new ordinary shares is expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. on 14 March 2012.
Following the issue and admission of these 38,461 new ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital will be 79,551,997 ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company holds 4,306 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brady is 79,547,691. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
