Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Brady (BRY.L), the leading supplier of trading and risk management solutions for metals, recycling, energy and soft commodities, announced today that Robert de Picciotto, aged 64, will join the Board of Brady plc with effect from 1 June 2013.
Robert is also a non-executive director of Ergonos Consulting SA, AdP Management and Consulting SARL and Capital B. Solutions SA. He is the founder and a former director of Viveo Switzerland SA a company acquired by Brady in 2010 (subsequently renamed Brady Switzerland SA) and the former CEO of the Brady Physicals business unit until his retirement earlier this year.
There are no other details to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
