Brady plc appoints Tony Ratcliffe as Finance Director and Company Secretary
The Board of Brady plc is pleased to announce that Anthony James Ratcliffe will join the Board as Finance Director with effect from 1 May 2007. Tony brings a wealth of experience gained in successful high growth technology companies and, in particular, he brings software industry financial expertise. The Board is confident that he will contribute in driving further growth and delivering value for all stakeholders. Tony, aged 43, is a director of Consilium Financial Limited and was previously a director of Lab 21 Limited and i2 Limited. There are no further details to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
It was announced on 20 March 2007 that David Rowe would leave the Company at the end of his three year term. The Board today announces that David has resigned as Non-executive director and Company Secretary. Kevin Hayes, the Company's Interim Finance Director, is appointed Company Secretary until Tony Ratcliffe takes up his office in May 2007. The Board wishes to thank David for his significant and valuable contribution in this period.
