CHANGE OF AUDITORS The Company has undertaken a formal audit tender process for the position ofstatutory auditor and as a result PricewaterhouseCoopers have been appointed bythe Directors as statutory auditor of the Company and they will be responsiblefor the audit of the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 October 2014. Ernst & Young LLP ("EY"), the Company's previous statutory auditors, ceased tohold office on 1 October 2014 and, as required by Section 519(iii) of theCompanies Act 2006, EY have deposited a statement with the Company of thecircumstances connected with them ceasing to hold office as auditors of theCompany. In accordance with the requirements of Section 520(ii) of the Companies Act2006, a copy of the statement received from EY has been sent to allshareholders together with a letter from the Chairman.
